This track enables researchers to organize research workshops about subjects relevant to their projects that are funded by the ISF. The purpose of the workshops is to complete the study, encourage research relations between scientists from Israel and abroad, spread the results of the research funded by the ISF in the international community and outline new directions for it.

In 2011 38 workshops were approved at a total sum of 2.3 million NIS. These workshops join the 224 workshops that were approved since the program was started at a total sum of about 18.2 million NIS. 116 workshops were approved in exact sciences and technology, 57 in life sciences and medicine and 89 in social sciences and humanities.
